Like many sales people Shea Heer didn't plan to become a sales person.

She joined Telewest as a door to door sales person about 16 years ago on the advice of a friend and never looked back.

Her high level of success in this role brought opportunities including sales management roles and training.

She settled on training and has been working internationally with sales managers and sales people ever since.

Her training experience includes the Caudwell group (Phones 4u) and B&Q national sales training as well as working with b2b account managers in various industries.
